What a delightful experience. I had Brett in to resolve some printer issues. From my first phone contact thru the visit it was a flawless experience. Very professional arrived on time, quickly solved the issues we were having. Took additional time to explain how to perform the tasks we were interested in. Technician very professional in diagnosing problem with computer which turned out to be monitor not displaying. In meantime had ordered new computer bundle and he was able to install new monitor on old system as well as installing the new computer system. This all done in a timely manner as well as answering any questions that I had in a very down to earth understanding. Would definitely recommend his services and would use again for future needs.

I used Redbird Tech Crew to help solve an issue with one of the kids' tablets and they were fast, professional, and priced fairly. The best part was that while he was here he also fixed an issue I had getting some of out of town sports games on the TV.
