These are our standard services and starting prices for visits in the St. Louis metro area. Final pricing may vary a bit based on complexity, but this gives you a clear ballpark before you book. When you combine multiple services or devices in the same visit, additional items are discounted as add-ons.
Computers & Laptops
Setup, cleanup, repairs, and data help for desktops and laptops.
Computer Repair
Diagnosis and repair for desktop computers with hardware or software issues. Includes stability testing, driver updates, and clear recommendations before major changes.
Laptop Repair
Fix performance, stability, and hardware issues on laptops. Includes diagnostics, cleanup, and testing.
New Computer Setup
Unbox, fully set up, and optimize a new desktop or laptop so it’s fast, secure, and ready to use. Includes account setup, removing bloatware, installing updates and drivers, core apps (browser, office, etc.), connecting to Wi-Fi and printers, and basic performance/privacy tuning. Works for both store-bought systems and Redbird custom PCs.
Computer Tune-Up & Cleanup
Everyday tech help plus a performance tune-up. Great for annoying issues, small software problems, and general cleanup. Includes basic performance optimization, software updates, junk and startup cleanup, browser tidying, and time to answer your tech questions.
Deep Repair & Virus Cleanup
Fix serious slowdowns, crashes, or infections and lock your system back down. Includes deep malware/virus scans and removal with trusted tools, repairing or reinstalling the operating system when needed, checking drive health, cleaning up disk space, and tightening security and update settings.
Data Backup & Transfer
Move or back up your important files, photos, and documents between computers, external drives, NAS, or cloud services. Pricing is per ~250 GB block of data: typical home photo/doc libraries fit into one block, heavier collections (large video libraries, multiple drives, etc.) may use multiple blocks. We verify copied data and can set up ongoing backups.
Email Setup & Troubleshooting
Set up email on computers and phones, fix sync issues, and restore send/receive problems. Works with Gmail, Outlook, and business email.
Password Help / Account Login Help
Secure help with account logins and password recovery. Includes reset assistance and basic account security checks.
Custom PC Help / Upgrades
Troubleshooting and upgrade planning for custom PCs. Includes compatibility checks and performance tuning.
SSD Upgrade
Install a faster SSD and migrate data for quicker boot and load times. Works for laptops and desktops where supported.
RAM Upgrade
Add compatible memory for smoother multitasking and better performance in demanding apps.

Phone/Tablet Setup & Sync
Set up a new or existing iPhone, Android phone, or tablet. Includes Wi-Fi setup, signing into your accounts, email and app store setup, cloud backup, and basic privacy/security settings.
Phone/Tablet Cleanup & Troubleshooting
Fix slow, buggy, or confusing phones and tablets. Includes removing junk apps, freeing up storage, checking for malware, updating software, and resolving common issues like notifications or email not syncing.

Fix weak coverage, dropped connections, and confusing network setups.
Wi-Fi & Network Fix
Fix slow, unreliable, or confusing home Wi-Fi and basic networking issues. Includes router/modem setup or replacement, configuring additional access points or extenders when needed, basic Ethernet and switch setup for a handful of devices, firmware and security updates, and diagnosing dead spots or slow rooms.
Mesh Wi-Fi Install
Full-home mesh Wi-Fi setup and optimization for strong coverage throughout your house. We place mesh nodes, configure the system, secure your wireless networks, connect key devices (PCs, TVs, smart home gear), and show you how to use the app to manage and monitor your network.

Home Printer Setup/Repair
Set up or troubleshoot home printers and multi-function devices. Covers unboxing and installation, USB or Wi-Fi setup, driver and utility installs, printer sharing from multiple devices, common print-quality problems, jam/feeding issues, and basic maintenance and cleaning.
Business Printer/Scanner Setup
Deploy or troubleshoot business-grade printers and multi-function devices. Pricing is per printer/MFP. Includes network printer setup, driver and print-queue configuration, scan-to-email or shared folder setup (when supported), default settings (duplex, trays, color/B&W), and basic staff training.

Smart Doorbell Installation & Troubleshooting
Install, replace, or troubleshoot smart video doorbells such as Ring, Nest, Eufy, Blink, and similar devices. Includes mounting (non-hardwired), Wi-Fi setup, app configuration, tuning motion zones, notifications, and linking to existing smart home platforms.
Smart Cameras & Locks Setup
Install and configure supported smart cameras, video doorbells, smart locks, and basic DIY security kits (non-electrical wiring only). Pricing is per security device we install or fully configure. Includes mounting where possible, Wi-Fi and app setup, tuning motion zones and alerts, and a walkthrough of how to use everything.
Smart TV & Streaming Setup
Make your TV, streaming devices, and smart gadgets all work together smoothly. Ideal for rooms with a TV plus a few devices (streaming box, soundbar, console, etc.). We sign into apps, organize inputs and remotes, connect voice assistants, integrate smart lights/plugs/thermostats, and can tie in media servers like Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, or Kodi at a basic level.
Media Server Setup
Set up or tune a media server so your movies, shows, and music stream cleanly to your devices. Supports Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, Kodi, and similar platforms. Includes installing or updating the server software, organizing libraries, optimizing basic transcoding settings, and connecting TVs/streaming devices in your home.

On-Site IT Health Check
A high-level IT health check for your small business. We review workstations, networking, backups, printers, and basic security, then provide a plain-English summary and prioritized recommendations so you know what’s in good shape and what needs attention.
Multi-Workstation Deployment
Roll out several new desktops or laptops at once with consistent, professional configuration. Pricing is per block of up to 3 workstations (for example, 1–3 PCs = 1 unit, 4–6 PCs = 2 units, etc.). We standardize accounts and security, install required business apps, join systems to network resources, and document the rollout for the business owner.
Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Setup
Set up or clean up your business email and productivity platform. Includes user and mailbox setup, shared mailboxes or groups, basic security and compliance settings, and simple policies so everything is consistent and documented.
Network Closet Cleanup
Clean up and stabilize a small-business network closet or rack so it’s reliable and understandable. Includes basic cable management and labeling, organizing modem/firewall/switches, tidying patch panels, and providing simple documentation of what is plugged in where.
Server / NAS / Starlink Setup
Deploy or troubleshoot small-business servers, NAS appliances, or Starlink internet. Includes initial setup, creating shared folders, mapping drives on workstations, basic access permissions, setting up remote access/VPN when appropriate, and high-level backup and security recommendations.
POS / Checkout Setup
Set up point-of-sale and checkout stations for small businesses. Pricing is per POS station. Includes assembling hardware (tablet, stand, cash drawer, receipt printer, barcode scanner), connecting payment terminals and network, configuring POS software (such as Square), basic item/tax setup, and staff training on everyday use.

Quick remote help and anything that doesn’t quite fit the other categories.
Remote Support Session
Short remote support session for quick issues that don’t require a full on-site visit. Great for minor software help, email issues, or troubleshooting problems while you’re at your computer.
Other / General Tech Help
Catch-all service for tech issues that don’t fit any of the other categories. We’ll scope it out and let you know how it fits into pricing before we get too far.
Prices are for on-site visits and include travel within our standard service area. Large projects (multi-site networking, full office rollouts, etc.) may be quoted separately. Data backup and transfer is priced per ~250 GB block of data; multi-workstation deployments are priced per block of up to 3 PCs. When you add multiple services or extra devices in the same visit, additional units are discounted from their standalone price.
