Optional support plans for existing customers.

Redbird Care is a post-service add-on for customers who have already completed an appointment or custom PC job with us. It is not sold as a first-time purchase and there is no public self-checkout.

Plans are offered only after completed service. If you are a new customer, book your first visit and we can discuss options after the job is complete.

How it works

  1. 1. Complete a Redbird Tech Crew service or custom PC job.
  2. 2. We review whether a plan is a good fit based on your setup and support needs.
  3. 3. If you choose to add a plan, we attach it to your completed job from our internal admin workflow.

How included visits are applied

  • Included onsite visits are for one primary issue per visit.
  • If you request multiple services in one visit, one eligible service (up to $129) is covered at $0. Additional services in that same visit use the regular 40% add-on discount.

Example: computer repair + smart lights + printer setup in one visit. The highest-priced eligible service (up to $129) is covered by plan, the other two are billed with the 40% add-on discount, and it counts as one included visit.
