These are desktop PCs built and tested by Redbird Tech Crew. You're buying directly from us, not a big-box store. Parts are chosen from trusted brands based on current pricing and availability, and every build is assembled, tuned, and stress-tested before it ever reaches your desk.
Exact components may vary slightly between builds in the same tier, but every system will meet or exceed the performance guarantees listed for that tier. Before we start, you'll receive a parts list for approval.
Redbird Essential
Web, email, Office, Zoom, bills, streaming, and general home use.
Performance guarantee: Smooth everyday performance for multitasking, video calls, and light productivity.
Typical parts: Modern 6-core CPU, 16GB RAM, 500GB–1TB NVMe SSD, quiet case, Wi-Fi + Bluetooth.
Build time: 3–5 business days after parts confirmation.
