I used Redbird Tech Crew to help solve an issue with one of the kids' tablets and they were fast, professional, and priced fairly. So, maybe you know some stuff about computers, or maybe sending a text message on your cellphone is the limit of your technical knowledge. You need some help, but you're scared to death that if you hire someone to get things right, they're going to bury you with techno babble, charge you an arm and a leg, then try to sell you stuff you don't need.
