Technician very professional in diagnosing problem with computer which turned out to be monitor not displaying. In meantime had ordered new computer bundle and he was able to install new monitor on old system as well as installing the new computer system. This all done in a timely manner as well as answering any questions that I had in a very down to earth understanding. Would definitely recommend his services and would use again for future needs.
